The complete staff of Aurora Dental Care is just what you need if you have anxiety about visiting the dentist, they are warm and listen to your needs with skill and patience. I will be sending my husband and daughter for their next checkups to this location, tucked in the heart of East Aurora and know that they will be well cared for and appreciated!
The office staff was friendly for the first visit. I had an X-ray and scheduled another appointment to perform a procedure. It was scheduled later in the day as that was convenient for me. About 4 weeks go by and two days prior I get a call to move the appointment up 30 minutes. I accepted the appointment change. The day of the procedure (8 hours before it was to be performed) I get a call that the dentist reviewed my X-ray and didn't feel comfortable performing the procedure. They tried to refer me to other places. But I ended their involvement in my care after such a last minute review. I'm not happy with this place at all.
