I totally agree with the first review regarding the rude clerk at the counter. I was prepared to purchase multiple bottles of wine, but her behavior was so boorish, I decided to go to Reed's instead. I certainly hope she is an employee, not an owner. Yikes!!!
You know I normally have a pleasant experience at Aurora liquor store however this evening was quite the opposite I had the rudest woman at the counter just very poor customer service no personality and rather rude. The woman at the counter scolded me as if I were a five-year-old child that certain bottles of liquor on the wall are not for sale. East Aurora has multiple liquor stores so I will be going to Reed's from now on. Just got the feeling that the woman hates her job and you know what word-of-mouth goes along way
