Not a single call back in over 4 days now. Did the job myself, the next day after I didn't hear from them, so I guess 1 star is my thank you to this business for having me save some money. Reliability is not a strong suit here - definitely not recommended.
If I could leave 0 stars I would - had a leak under the sink and called this plumber from a recommendation. A lady answered and I let her know the situation - to which she responded "He's really busy, but I'll have him call you". Understandable about the busy part.
Mr Bender has been our plumber both at home and at our business for over 25 years . We own a very old building which can be a real P.I.A. to work on. For example there is a dirt crawl space under the building which leads to the sewer hook up on the main street, one day we had a foul odor seeping into the business, it turned out there was an ancient cracked sewage pipe leaking way under the building. Mr Bender came out the same day and spent several hours working under the building fixing the pipe.When he finally crawled out, he joked about needing more than one shower. The problem was fixed, the bill was fair, and the plumber was funny! We could not have stayed open for business without his help. What more could you ask! Thank you again Randy!
