The main reason why I picked Roto Rooter certainly was not price but knowing that I will pay more for better quality work. Ray definitely proved this to be correct.
Had a floor drain snaked 5 months ago due to a slow draining floor drain. Fast forward to today and it backed up completely. The tech from the first service call from Roto Rooter seemed rushed and only snaked it from the floor drain. It still drained slowly when he left. The tech Ray they sent was extremely professional and took the time to open the drain properly. Ray took his time and snaked it from every area that he could access including a floor fitting that the first tech gave up on opening and 2 areas outside of my house. Ray (tech 0768 on my invoice) honored the warranty and finished the job to my satisfaction.
